  Lots to do in Luxborough
A VALUABLE FIFTH BIRTHDAY !
We are currently celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Luxborough Community Broadband project. The project is thriving with a recent increase in speeds and download limits and an influx of new members, despite the desertion of a small number of households to the very slow BT service which has crept into Kingsbridge.

However there is additional good news for those of us who enjoy high-speed broadband - according to this recent article in the Sunday Times high-speed broadband makes a significant impact on saleability and property prices. Some estimates from estate agents suggest an increase in value of 20-25%! To read more click here.

St Mary's looked especially beautiful in the sunshine this Easter - the churchyard full of celandines and the church full of flowers arranged by the hard-working flower-arrangers of the parish. (Photos by Colin Balkham)
